Club Membership Application

This is the official online application for the Columbia Kennel Club.

Renewals due no later than December 31.

Following completion of the new membership form, applicants should come to the next club meeting for introduction to the club.

Completion of the online application with payment does not automatically make you a club member. After completing the membership application with payment, applicants must attend two club meetings before their membership can be voted on by the membership.
